Orders made before 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day providing the item is available. Orders after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
In a rare event that an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you of this with the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund or an alternative product.
All of our orders are dispatched in their relevant branded packaging in strong plain bags or box packaging. Goods ordered will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct.
